Website scope
This notice covers the public Stamped website. Native apps, account information, location-enabled features and customer environments have separate product-specific processing described in the existing app privacy and deletion resources.
Information and purposes
Email inquiries provide your address, message and any information you include so that we can respond. Cloudflare processes network connection and request information to deliver and protect this public website. Avoid sending passwords, payment details, medical records or unnecessary personal information.
Contact form and security
The public contact form asks for name, email, optional organization, topic and message. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies the submission. Accepted messages are handled by the Cloudflare Pages function and D1 database with country, origin/referrer and a creation time so we can respond and control abuse. Rate limiting uses a keyed digest instead of retaining the raw client address in the contact record. Avoid sensitive information. The retention worker is configured to remove contact messages older than 180 days; this code-level limit is not an assurance about every email copy or provider backup.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics measures site use through this site’s measurement gateway after permission. Microsoft Clarity provides behavioral analytics, heatmaps and session replay only after permission. Page navigation and interactions may be measured. Advertising storage is denied. Do not enter sensitive information into public-site fields.
Requests and deletion
Contact [email protected] for access, correction, deletion or communications preferences. Describe enough context to locate the information. Where reasonably necessary, we ask for proportionate evidence of identity or authority before disclosing or deleting records. We review applicable retention requirements, delete eligible information and explain any required retention. Customer-controlled information may require routing to the relevant account or service administrator. You do not need an account, special subject line or identity verification merely to submit a sale/sharing opt-out.
Retention and responsibility
Website preference grants expire after 180 days. Correspondence and provider security records have different purposes and retention arrangements; no universal deletion deadline is represented here. Contact us about the information concerned. Published website policies do not amend signed customer agreements.
Hosting, transfers and AI
Cloudflare delivers this public site using its distributed network. This does not establish a single processing country or the location of every backup or support activity. Email and any consented analytics involve their respective providers. No organization-wide transfer agreement, customer hosting region or AI-training prohibition is represented without verified contractual evidence.
