In-app request

The app link opens Account Settings. From there, choose Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.

Support request

If the app is not installed or you cannot sign in, email us from the address used for your Stamped account.

What is deleted

Account deletion deactivates your account and schedules eligible Stamped account, collection, check-in, note, proof, and profile data for deletion.

How to request deletion

  1. Open Stamped and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Account Settings from the app link above or from Profile inside the app.
  3. Choose Delete Account and confirm the request.
  4. If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with your account.

Retention

Some records may be retained when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal, abuse-prevention, billing, or operational requirements.
